These terms govern your use of the Anwar ENT (West London ENT) website. By using this website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Anwar ENT is the private practice of Mr Mohiemen Anwar, Consultant ENT Surgeon.

Enquiries and consultations
Submitting the enquiry form does not create a doctor-patient relationship and does not guarantee an appointment. The practice will respond to arrange a consultation where appropriate. Any fees, treatment recommendations and clinical decisions are confirmed directly with you as part of your care, not through this website. Please do not send sensitive clinical details through the enquiry form.
